This policy explains how Makertech Labs 3D Solutions (BF Tecnologia 3D LTDA, a Brazilian company, CNPJ 06.122.109/0001-88) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to this site, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD), which governs our data processing as the controller.
What data we collect
This site has no sign-up form: sales contact happens over WhatsApp, outside this page, and any data exchanged in that conversation is handled directly by our sales team.
While browsing, we automatically collect technical data through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page and traffic source (e.g. an ad or a Google search).
How we use this data
Browsing data is used to understand how the site is used, measure traffic and campaign sources, and improve the experience and content shown.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use this data for automated decisions that affect the data subject.
Cookies and third-party tools
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the site's measurement tags, including Google Analytics (GA4), which records browsing data in aggregate form.
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a performance-measurement tool from the content delivery network (CDN) that serves the site, which uses no cookies or individual identifiers.

We process browsing data based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (LGPD art. 7, IX).
Aggregated data from these tools may be processed by Google and Cloudflare, as data processors, under those companies' own privacy policies.
